TO REGISTER FROM MOBILE, FOLLOW THE STEPS:-

2. Choose your language, HINDI OR ENGLISH
3. Enter your name.
4. Enter your age.
5. Select Gender.
6. Enter your aadhar number.
7. Your Mobile number.
8. Choose that you want to travel with your personal vehicle or you want to travel with Government Vehicle.
9. Put your present Address.
10. Select Your District in Present State.
11. Enter Pin code of your present location.
12. Date from which stranded in Present state? { jis jagah par aap hain waha par kitne dino se phase hain. }
13. Which purpose did you come to Delhi?
14. Destination State.
15. Destination district.
16. Native address.
17. Occupation at Native Place.
18. Any Medical Condition / Ailment
19. Total number of family members to be travel.
20. Remarks (Not more than 100 characters).
21. Submit.

After filling this form, you will get otp on your mobile, and within 7 days you will be informed about your travel.
